Hi

Is there a possibility go wireless from a Urika II Exakt output to the Exakt input of a Linn streamer, so basically replacing the LAN cable? The only way I see is buying a second cheaper Linn streamer or HUB with Exakt Inputs, place it next to the LP12 and use Linn Multiroom to stream the Signal to the mainroom.

You could get a wifi bridge to plug into the Urika but I can't speak to the quality and it has to go through your home network (versus ad hoc).

As @Moomintroll says, Exakt link is not a network connection. It happens to use the same type of cable as a network: Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6a.

As I understand it you could no more go wireless from Urika II than you could from the original analogue Urika. Perhaps wireless Exakt is a future product for Linn: it’d be great - no more speakers cables.

Thank you guys. Of course Wireless Exakt would be a killer future feature.
