There are already rules around pets being carried in cars and you can already get fined for not carrying a pet restrained.

I can see as a responsible owner that Barry has his lovely lad secured via his harness - he’s going to be a big lad @Bazzer 😀

Looking at Roxy behaving like a total nutter, charging around the beach, you'd never think that not that long ago she was almost unable to move, and nearly on the way to the great kennel in the sky. Dogs are such resilient creatures...
