I am having serious thoughts about the P3000R Pre and M5000R. They look the business and seem well engineered. They are getting good reviews. Anyone had any experience with these?

they certainly get good reviews, they are unfortunately another of those products that have suffered a exchange rate of pound to dollar = 1. they would be much more interesting at £2600 total a real conversion rate would bring

Sounded much the same as Bryston (4B-SST) when I heard them a few years back into KEF 205/2s :^

Two pairs of VUs = Double Win!!

I have the M5000R on my radar. As a pair of monoblocks giving 180w/ch which use the XLR output from my preamp. If I get to the Onkyo dealer's before the OP for the demo, I'll post my findings here. :)
