But then it doesn't cost them much and they get good things said about them and a happy customer, who would presumably buy from them again in future.I already had asking for a discount if I ordered the correct colour. They wouldn't, they bettered it! They asked me to send the Mahogany ones back and they will send me some Walnut! I'm delighted!
I had similarly amazing service from Sennheiser earlier this year who replaced my broken headphones for a brand new upgraded set for the standard £100 repair cost! Snagged me as a lifetime customer with that. I would definitely buy from them again!
