Help needed Rega P2 height adjustment

Hi all. 
Asking for a friend who has just Changed cartridge in his P2 from a Carbon to a Nagaoka mp-110. The problem is when he moves arm across to the record it is perilously close. Does anyone know if the arm rest height can be adjusted and if so how? Thank you in advance.

Another thing to consider where a taller cart (the reason why cart is close to the record surface in, this instance) has been installed is the vta. A taller cart will mean the arm will be arse down when playing. It would be worth getting a shim kit to lift the arm slightly to compensate for the deeper cart, then there's no need to adjust the lifter.
