I bought this TT2 a few years ago with a noisy motor and decided it needed the Origin Live treatment. I bought the Ultra board (top of their range at the time) and uprated ac/ac transformer as I'd heard what a great deck this was. I was planning to fit the board within the deck until I discovered that there was no available space due to the design of the plinth! So I made my own enclosure for it- you can tell this is the Ultra as it has the blue neon indicator. It has sat dormant for the last four or five years so here it is now on sale. Condition? You can see from the photos that it's in excellent condition- you'd be hard pressed to find a better one. The lid is superb- again you can see this in the photos- no scratches or marks whatsoever. The arm board was drilled for the later 3 point Rega configuration but give me details of the arm of your choice and I'll modify accordingly. I'm asking £400.00 for the whole set up- deck/controller and Transformer (which is wired using Kimber by the way)-Paypal F and F and UK only I'm afraid. This is a very heavy unit- well over 12Kg so carriage is extra. I live in Poynton, Cheshire- just south of Stockport- Local pick up would be welcomed. Any queries please PM me.

Hi Everyone
It seems there was no interest in this great turntable. I've now taken out the OL Ultra controller, replaced it with their basic controller (red LED) and the new price is £300.00. This deck in in super condition and is one of the 'greats' in UK hi-fi.

Hi All
I just tried the deck with the OL Basic vs Ultra power supply and strangely enough I believe the sound was better with the Basic- especially in the bass!

The TT2 is a criminally underrated deck. I made the mistake of selling mine then spent a couple of years finding another in good condition, which is going nowhere! Best of luck with the sale.
