I have bought and sold a few things with Nick and have never had a problem. This included a problem with a Graham Phantom tonearm that he kindly gave a full refund on.

Can’t remember now. I contacted Graham by email and they never responded. Nick at Emporium gave me a refund and I bought an SME V from him as a replacement but I didn’t like it. The Graham was the better arm but if the manufacturer isn’t interested then nor am I. On the other hand Audio Note have given me superlative service in respect of my arm and cartridge.

The box looks unremarkable, but the packaging looks about right (although someone has told me that they all came in flight cases). Do some research. Also a couple of pictures of amplifiers that love it.
