My Encore got an issue few weeks ago after I put it in sleep mode. When resumed, it sounded terribly. The sound is interfered with a lot of noises like a radio channel at wrong frequency. Tried to restart it and even did factory reset but still could not solve the issue.
I did further tests of output:
- Get digital output signal via coaxial or optical to external DAC, it sounds perfectly.
- Get analog signal from speaker terminals, headphone, line-out or pre-out, the sound is noised.
Thank you for your advice/experience how to fix it or guessing which board or component is defective to replace.
