For Sale Nakamichi CR2 deck

I bought this a few months ago, apparently it has been serviced recently though no documentation to prove.

It works fine though and is in good condition. Head looks in good order. I have two casette decks and nowhere to put either at the moment, so hopefully someone else can enjoy it

£130 collected, I've got no packaging to post it.

I am travelling to Manchester next Friday and returning to Milton Keynes via Shrewsbury if that helps

I may be interested in this. I am assuming you've tested it with a tape? Does it sound alright when doing so? I know you bought it with a promise that it had been serviced, which could mean anything really, but if the playback speed is accurate, all the functions work, and it doesn't have any obvious issues like a channel imbalance, excessive wow or flutter, distortion or noise, then I would assume it has. I have another entry level Nakamichi (a BX2) which has been serviced and sounds excellent for the £160 I paid for it...far better than a new TEAC cassette deck at 3 times the price. Have fallen back in love with cassettes and am considering a second deck. I live in Stevenage and would be grateful if we could meet halfway. I'd take it at asking price.

I am away for the next two weeks but am happy to pay in advance if we can meet when I return.
