Designed by the guy behind Sonus Faber. According to the fellow at Westlake it sounds great and has a wonderful on board phono stage, but forget the streamimg side.

Quirky Italian design but could be a bargain for someone and considerably cheaper than the same amp (without streaming module) being sold ex-demo elsewhere.

I bought this amplifier and glad I did. Paul at Westlake Audio kindly gave me a couple of days to try it at home. I love it, very smooth and warm but detailed sound. His description was spot on

the Frankie Plus also has a ' built in' streamer function that operates from a 3rd party app
we could never get this to work properly !
it is rubbish and it lets down what is a fabulous amplifier
if the streamer function is important to you perhaps look elsewhere until they sort out the app
