I'm looking for a Keith Monks RCM Suction Nozzle for the threaded versions of their cleaning machines. Does anybody have one, or know a dealer that stocks them?
RCM-VA1 is the part number in their catalogue. Before anybody suggests, I've tried contacting them directly via email and the last time I had a reply from them was 2 and half weeks ago. I did phone them about something prior to this and was told its email only for contact. Go figure.
I've tried numerous dealers on their retailers list and either a) they don't have stock, or b) 90% of them are not even dealers for them anymore as the after sales service is like pulling teeth apparently, even for them!
Not holding out much hope, but eh, pigs might fly I guess!
