One of my "antique" cassettes and the WM-DD9. The tape is an original issue from 1969 and isn't Dolby encoded as it just pre-dates the introduction of Dolby B encoding of pre-recorded cassettes. It is one of the Decca "Yellow Label" cassettes, which seem to stand the test of time very well and still sounds superb.

I'm still totally STAGGERED at the extremely well recorded Peace at Last album by the Blue Nile released on Warner instead of Linn as their early work was.

It has ALWAYS been absolutely clear with deep expansive bass and very good treble and just so meaty as well as being absolutely beautiful music - I think it's their best album.

Since I upgraded to KDS/4 Organik from KDS/1 a few months ago, it has just got so jaw droppingly immense, I can hardly stop playing it.

IMO this has to be an excellent album for demo purposes at a dealer or at home-dem. Absolutely stunning! 'God Bless You Kid' is one of the best tracks, but it's all good.

Another 80's classic
It was great to see Eurythmics were inducted into the Rock and Roll All of Fame. All to often 80's bands are just called "80s bands" without a serious consideration to a group or artists work a sa whole. Annie Lennox is a fantastic singer and still delivers as can be seen and heard on the induction ceremony. Together with Dave Stewart, Eurythmics crafted a unique instantly identified sound that accompanied quite a bit of styles over their career.

Bravo.
