What to do next?

Over past 24 years I have gone from Basik spec LP12 to Radikal, Karousel, Kore, Ekos mk1, T Kable, Trampolin 2, Adikt.

Is the next logical step the Radikal 2 upgrade kit? Or have I reached a level where my money be better spent going towards upgrading from Naim 122/150?

I would say source first which means Radikal 2 next. Plus, the cost isn't that big of a hit to upgrade your existing Radikal.

I suspect an arm and cartridge upgrade pr a Keel would give you a better bang-for-your-buck than the Radikal 1 to Radikal 2 swap.

I was very happy with my Akurate Radikal and even thought about upgrading my arm (Ekos 2) to an Ekos SE/1, before upgrading to a Klimax Radikal.
Then the new Radikal was introduced and I had a very good trade-in offer for a Klimax Radikal/2. It was definitely the right decision! A really fundamental upgrade.

You have a nice spec LP12 but I would be more inclined in upgrading your entry level classic Naim amps to a more balanced system. You don’t mention what speakers but I would look at demoing NAC282/NAP250DR if you like the Naim sound. You also have some expensive steps to improve your LP12 further, so even more important to listen for yourself at a dealer.
