I have tried but keep getting "waiting for room". My dealer is popping by soon on another errand - I will get them to see if they can sort this. Thanks for the suggestion.

I know you probably have already tried this, but have you tried a full power reset? Turn everything off , and unplug everything including your system, router, phone, computer etc? Wait for a few moments then turn everything back on .

The few times my system was playing up I did the above and that seemed to clear the issue.

Forgot to add, make sure your router, linn system, phone, computer are all on the same network, I.e. the same isp address. So if your using a VPN, you may have to turn it off to allow everything to connect up.

Check in Settings (the gear wheel, bottom right), Application Settings that it is connecting to the correct network.

As Basil Brush would have said "Boom Boom". That worked, although it took the system an age to find my QNAP. Now to turn all the other internet linked stuff and see how it goes. Much appreciated guys
