Not something I’ve ever listened to, but a quick Google suggests there’s a huge choice out there, so an idea of budget might get you some suggestions. Many speakers are WiFi or Bluetooth, so you’ll need to look for something with analogue RCA inputs.
There are Audioengine and Ruark models in the £250 to £350 range, for a start.

The AE1a are superb speakers. I used them in combination with a small, quality sub. For the money, they are virtually unbeatable (IMO).maybe ae1 active ?
A pair of JBL 308P Mk. 1 would be the best solution musically. The Mk. 2's aren't as musical, but easier to find (you can buy them new for around € 400,-/pair)
