Help, which album cover.

Can any one help a friend of mine, discover which album, this artwork was used for. It was drawn by her late father, and used as an idea for an album cover. It is not Grace Jones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

She thinks it was in the 70's, but not 100% sure.
