If I was to by a Topping PA5 amp where is the best place to purchase from?

I've owned a Topping PA3, it was ok but needed a fairly easy to drive speaker, for some reason it stopped working so threw it in the bin. If I were you I'd be looking at one of the XTZ 300's here https://www.hifiwigwam.com/forum/threads/hi-end-equipment.107692/
and adding a cheap passive pre.
