But they cost £19.95 from hififorsale. Cant find them anywhere else, anyone tried them? They looka bit like the Wattgate IEC things but mains plugs instead.

There is a much better one than that its the clear one as used by Kimber looks great

Its made for outside water proof use, its sold in the UK

I did know where to buy them, there is a thread on hi fi choice with full details, but at present I can not remember the details

If you really want to go to town make your distribution block by buying the matching sockets then the outer ring of the plug screws onto the socket for a great fit that can not come lose

Dave,

Problem with the clipsils, is try putting 2 together in a double wall socket, they don't sound that good either, most guy uses them purely to put large diameter cables in.

Which IMO defeats the point as the hang horizontally and the weight of the cable pulls the socket out of the wall (if they use those 13mm+cables)

Furutech don't do Rhodium plated versions of that plug currently

However I have no plans to change mine

Clipsal are a lighting Company. WTF has that got to do with HiFi. Just use a standard plug from B&Q, unless we are now expected to beleive that plugs make a difference too. :raoflmfao::raoflmfao::raoflmfao:

Best UK plug I've tried PERIOD

I had 5 a few weeks backs, before the UK launch.

I don't source from the UK.

try get 12mm plus cable into a duraplug then big boy
