Signup - not a problem for me, but might be for others?

I just accidentally clicked on the 'sign up' instead of 'sign in'. I do this sometimes. However I noticed that on the sign-up form the bit where it has a security captcha - or ought to have - has this instead:

URL of your website is incorrect, please check the URL of your website at www.keycaptcha.com

Is this just for me or is it visible for others? I imagine this will pose a problem if any prospective new members are trying to make an account?
