squeezebox classic problem

firstly apologies a bit of novice but ive just set my squeezebox up and installed the server software on my pc. I can see my library through the controller and can play my music no problem. however I cant listen to radio or access the triode app for spotify. Though I can view and use it via the web control interface. just not on the controller itself, same with the radio..im sure its a simple fix but im lost.

fixt! a loose Ethernet cable in the pc...doh

Yes. Well done. From PC-etc usage, I too prefer e.g. wired Ethernet.
