That's for the current in use system.
There's an additional 10%+ currently resting, mainly amplifiers.

Ugh. Maths at this time in the morning.

Vinyl (T/T; T/T P/S; Phono stage; Cartridge) - 44%
Amp - 26%
Spkrs - 14%
Digital (Streamer/CD)- 10% (9.5/0.5)
Cables - 6%

Interesting. If bought new the speakers would account for more.
Most of my stuff is 2nd hand or bought at a reduced price(amp). The exceptions being the T/T P/S and Cart.

After calculating, I realised I'd missed out the price of my T/T mat and a better top plate for the SL1210. So, probably even more than above.
Digital is lower because I use the DAC in my Amp.

Absolutely impossible to calculate as some is from the mid 80s and some is a lot more recent, I tend not to move much stuff on so it accumulates, 3TTs, 3 CD players, 3 streamers a music laptop 7 pairs of speakers etc.

All kiddings aside, and getting past the first shock of seeing what the rig cost me in total, here’s the breakdown from most to least expensive (drumrolls please):

Speakers 36%

Integrated amp 30%

Cd player 16%

Dac 7%

Cd ripper / streamer 5%

Recordplayer 4%

Cables 2%

Dedicated streamer (raspberry pi): nihil

Biggest surprise and also best value for the money is the raspberry pi! Man do I use that thing a lot!

Can't be arsed to calculate mine and the situation is complicated by changing values, but the source components account for the highest percentage and I am streaming only.

Like Andy, I build most of my own stuff, so the cost proportion makes no sense at all here. I'll probably find that resistors, capacitors and transformers are the biggest percentage, though the speakers and cartridge are right up there.

Roughly...
TT - 25%
Phono Amp - 5%
Streamer - 5%
Amp - 35%
Speakers - 30%

Can't be bothered to do it including cables. They probably make up around 5%.

Turntable and cartridge: 15.5%
CD: 21%
Tuner: 5.3%
CD recorder: 6.6%
Cassette: 6.6%
Amps (Phono, pre and power): 19.9%
Speaker and stands: 25%

Not including cables as the prices were lost in the mists of time but a guesstimate would be around 5%

TT second hand, everything else new.

For my most used setup and config the numbers are:

TT/Arm/Cartridge and Phono stage 51%
Valve Amp 17%
Speakers 15%
DAC 6%
CDP 3%
Cables 3%
Power conditioner 4%

Less used system

TT/Arm/Cartridge and Phono stage 43%
Pre amp + Amp 9%
Speakers 24%
Network Streamer 16%
CDP 4%
Cables 4%

Slightly shocked by the total cost but hey ho it has been fun getting both system together.
