I have used a pizza stone but its not big enough for our needs. I now use the large square grill tray in the oven. I line it with greaseproof paper and blind bake the base at 4 minutes a side before applying the topping, which is copious to say the least. They say less is more but that's for the purists and hair shirt brigade.

Anyone used one of the outdoor wood fired pizza ovens that is supposed to cook a pizza in 60 seconds? Any good?

I have an Ooni Pro, in which I use wood and Cahrcoal. Absolutely love it.
