How do you listen to music you like that isn't available on vinyl?
We would lose 40-50% of our music listening if we only used vinyl and our tastes aren't modern. So much of what I like is on vinyl so it’s just fine. I tend to listen to music from the 50s-70s so a vinyl version is pretty much always available.

I use a streamer, if I had to buy everything I listen to on vinyl, probably less than 40% would be available and it would cost a fortune, one record is about 4 months subscription. I play loads of, new to me music. Last album: https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/4235880?ev=rbHow come?
I very much agree with you exactly my thoughts in words. For me that's like being asked to choose my favourite child, I only stream music now and as a whole the ensemble sounds superb.
Me too....but far far too much Dire Straits and Dianna Krall out there!!! I avoid the hi fi show clips for that reason.CDs ripped to hard disc.
But my favourite source in terms of selection is still YouTube
