just seen the Soloist Pre and Power amps

any idea on prices, in the US, $750 for the Pre and $900 for the Power amp

In that case.. pre = £800 power = £1000

Pre is £750 and the power amp is £825

That's a nice looking pre for 750 .. isnt much to choose from in that price bracket

Nixon the pre is again built in the same vien as the 28a the sound and quality are superb for the outlay.

The Belles range offer surprisingly good performance for the funds involved plus the build quality is extremely good too.

No I was thinking of the rears of the Soloist 3 pre and 5 power ?

Is there balanced operation ?

I have noticed the power has one XLR on its specification ? whats that about ?

The 150/350 range of power amps, now only have a single balanced input option specifically for mono blocing in a true dual differenical configuration.

David Belles (Designer) feels that is the optimum method to achieve the desired results.

The soloist range will be arriving later this week/early next so I'll give a full report on the sound in due coarse.

Though they are very much in the same vien as the 150/350 series, just in a neat smaller package.

The A28 has a fully balanced input is which is buffered with a differential discrete class A amplifier. It also has 2 balanced and 2 single ended outputs whoich can be used simutainiously.
