The dynamics are great, the song selection is great, the performance is outstanding, the recording is awesome. I was in high school in the 80s when I became a fan and went back to the earlier albums and found this one with one of trips to the local record shop. The owner of that shop also gave me this poster as well. It still hangs framed in my listening room to this day.

He was aware that I was showing the system off which he thought was sad but the music won the day.

It's ok but could have been much better if a triple album. Too much music squeezed onto a double.

That could quite readily have been achieved if there hadn't been all the infighting and Roger had let David and Rick have a bit more input. The music sections could have been lengthened on some of the shorter tracks. I suppose we'll never know now.
It would be nice if a documentry could be made along the lines of the DSotM one.
