Same here, been using Qobuz for many years, virtually 100% efficient. I have heard that often these problems are due to the geographical position of your house/office. You can have the best internet speeds in the world but if the local caballing/infrastructure in your area is no good you are going to have problems. Think the most expensive new IPhone possible, might have cost you nearly £2,000, try and use it in Northern Scotland, same issue. Its not the phones fault its the signal.
