Coventry DACoff - Sunday 26th June 2022

It's been a long while since I had a DACoff, so that's what I'd like to do on Sunday 26th June, 12:00 - 19:00. Room for up to 8 for an afternoon of digital music. I have a CD transport and a streamer. I'll provide pizza or similar mid-afternoon. Location 2 miles north of M6 J3 Coventry.

Hi Ian, I'd like to come along if that's OK, be interesting to do the exercise of evaluating how much difference there really is. I should have my Arcam D33 by then so can bring that along? Would be interested to hear one of the R2R DACs if anyone has one to compare?

There should be a Holo Spring 3 in attendance. I’ve not heard a D33 in my system but they are reputed to be good.

Hello Ian would it be okay to add me to this as well , unless I can find a way to get the Arcam D33 to Jules before this will bring that with me to hand over . I can also bring a Denafrips Pro 8 mk1 if anyone wants to listen to it .

Singxer SDA-6PRO
Chevron DDDAC
Other DACs may appear depending on who comes and what I can borrow.
There will also be two Mutec MC3+USB Reclockers.

I don't have a DAC to offer (well I could bring my Chord Mojo but I suppose everyone knows what that sounds like?) but I would be able to come along. I happen to be in the area visiting some friends at Warwick Uni on that specific weekend. Would that be okay?

You can add in the Chord Mojo. Got it back from Chord all nice and serviced up. Not sure it holds up against the heavy hitters we're seeing listed, especially the Holo Spring 3 Kitsune Edition.

I've got that one pegged as end game and it will be one heck of an experience getting to hear what a TOTL DAC sounds like in a system
