You can't beat a nice display. I use a headless RPi, but if I ever spent real money on a streamer, I'd have to have a display on it.

Yep ... same here .... I use a mixture of devices and had to renew all my Custom URLs on TuneIn from this site   :S

FWIW I use a program called RadioSure on my PC which has an easily viewed database of URLs that I can quickly browse to find URLs when they get broken e.g. Radio 6 URLs shown as an example - top one was broken but third one works just fine (even if the bit rate was a bit low)

Thanks, but at that bitrate for BBC R6 there would be no benefit in repacing my DAB tunner with a streamer

Aye. After some mild ranting I realised I could go back to LMS for Radio with the Sounds plug-in.

I'll wait and see if that's working after the cut-off date.

Any streamer with Chromecast will work with the BBC sounds app, I think.  Certainly works well in both my systems.
